2. What data we collect
When you book a transfer, we collect your name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off details, flight number, passenger count, selected vehicle class, and payment information. For card payments, payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
3. Legal basis
We process personal data to perform the transfer contract you enter with us (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We rely on legitimate interest for fraud prevention and site security, and on your consent for optional analytics and marketing cookies.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for site security, booking flow and authentication. With your consent, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage or withdraw consent at any time using the cookie banner or the Cookie settings link in the footer.
5. How we use your data
We use your data to confirm and manage bookings, assign drivers, send booking updates and receipts, handle payments, and respond to your requests. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Data sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to operate the service: our payment processor (Stripe), our cloud hosting and database provider (Lovable Cloud), and the assigned driver for your specific ride. Each provider is contractually bound to protect your data.
7. Data retention
Booking records are kept for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. After that period, data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and to request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us with your booking reference.
9. Security
Card payments are processed through Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. Our backend uses encrypted connections and access controls. Cash-on-arrival bookings use a temporary card authorisation hold, not a full charge.
10. Changes
