How does the meet & greet work?

Your driver waits at Zadar Airport arrivals with a sign showing your name. We track your flight, so if it's delayed we adjust automatically. First 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free.

Are the prices fixed?

Yes. The price you see when booking is the final price — VAT and tolls included, no hidden fees, no meter surprises.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online card payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay) is being rolled out. You can also pay the driver in cash (EUR) or by invoice for corporate customers.

Can I cancel my booking?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. Just reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes — child and booster seats are free of charge on request. Please mention them in the booking notes.

Do you serve destinations outside of the list?
